Running between 22^nd July - 30^th August 2024, collect jewels and fire power-ups in battle to the top of the leaderboard around a series of digitally projection mapped tracks.

Race around the Midnight in Tokyo track, Venetian Carnival, or even the cloud-filled Blue-Sky track in a bid to win the points you need to win an amazing trip to show off your skills in Chaos Karts Dubai.

Chaos Karts Manchester Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Overview:
   1. The competition is hosted by Chaos Karts Manchester, operated by Little Lion Entertainment.
   2. The objective is to be the first person to win 100,000 points in a single session.
   3. The prize is a holiday for two to Dubai, including flights, accommodation, and tickets to Chaos Karts Dubai.
2. Eligibility:
   1. Participants must be 18 years or older.
   2. Only open to UK residents.
   3. You must have paid for and completed a session at Chaos Karts Manchester.
   4. Proof of purchase must be provided.
   5. Employees, contractors, and agents of Chaos Karts or Little Lion Entertainment, and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition, are not eligible to participate.
   6. You must have a valid passport for international travel. 
3. Competition Period:
   1. The competition starts on 22nd July 2024 and ends once the first participant achieves 100,000 points in a single 20-minute session, or on 30th August 2024, whichever is sooner.
4. Session Definition:
   1. A session is defined as a single, 20-minute booked slot at Chaos Karts Manchester.
5. How to Enter:
   1. Book and pay for a session at Chaos Karts Manchester.
   2. Participate in the session and aim to achieve the highest score possible.
   3. Scores must be achieved within the 20-minute session time frame.
   4. Participants are welcome to book and play as many sessions as they wish within the competition period. Points will be reset per one 20-minute session and will not be counted accumulatively over many sessions. The 100,000 points must be achieved in one single session.
6. Winner Determination:
   1. The first person to achieve 100,000 points in one session, within the competition period, will be declared the winner.
   2. Points are calculated based on the scoring system of Chaos Karts Manchester.
   3. The decision of the Chaos Karts team regarding the achievement of points is final.
7. Prize Details:

1. 1. The prize includes:
      1. Return flights for two from a UK airport to Dubai.
      2. Accommodation for two nights in Dubai.
      3. Two tickets to Chaos Karts Dubai.
   2. The winner is responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any necessary visas or travel documents.
   3. The prize must be claimed and booked within 3 months of winning.
   4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

8. Claiming the Prize:
   1. The winner will be contacted via the details provided at the time of booking.
   2. Proof of identity and purchase will be required to claim the prize.
   3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be chosen based on the next person achieving 100,000 points within the competition period.
9. Publicity:
   1. By entering the competition, participants agree to participate in any promotional activities or material without additional consent or payment.
   2. The winner agrees to allow Chaos Karts and Little Lion Entertainment to use their name and image for promotional purposes.
10. General Conditions:
    1. Chaos Karts Manchester reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
    2. Any participant found to be violating these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activity will be disqualified.
    3. The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Data Protection:
    1. Any personal data provided will be used in accordance with Chaos Karts’ privacy policy.
    2. Participants' details will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as necessary for the administration of the competition and awarding of the prize.
12. Limitation of Liability:
    1. Chaos Karts Manchester and Little Lion Entertainment accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.
    2. Chaos Karts Manchester and Little Lion Entertainment further disclaim liability for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
